Oya Kit Back to Oya Kit

Privacy notice

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Oya Kit is run by me, Chibuzor Onwurah. This notice explains how I handle your details when you join the waitlist at oyakit.com.

What I collect

Your email address and your answers to the waitlist questions. I also note when you joined, the ad or link that brought you to the page, the country you're connecting from and the type of device you used.

When you visit the page, I count visits without cookies, in a way that doesn't identify you.

How I use it

To tell you when Oya Kit opens, to understand how best to help the people who join, and to see which ads and countries bring interested visitors. I won't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

I use a small number of trusted service providers to host the site, store the waitlist, count visits and send emails. They handle your details only to provide those services. Some of them may store data outside your country.

How long I keep it

Until 12 months after Oya Kit launches, or until you ask me to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@oyakit.com or replying to any email from me. I'll act on it within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority. In Nigeria, that's the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Changes

If this notice changes, I'll update the date at the top.
